Help Orphan Puppies was founded in 2005 for Faith.  Faith was a blind Great Dane puppy that no other organization wanted to take in due to her extensive medical needs.  Not only was Faith blind due to coming from a local backyard breeder (basically a puppy mill), but she also had numerous other medical problems.  After extensive time and numerous vet visits, Faith was ready for her new home.  We were thankfully overwhelmed with applications for our beautiful Faith.  One applicant shined above the rest and we knew this was the perfect home for our Faith.

This applicant adopted our Faith and gave her a wonderful and loving home.  She also joined and continues to be a devoted member of our board.

Sadly Faith passed away in 2010 but she will always be remembered in our hearts and the continued efforts we make on her behalf to save other special needs puppies like her.
